OBIEE 11g : Repository Deployment Steps

RPD Location Path:

Copy latest RPD from following location and save it on your desktop,

<BIHome>\instances\instance1\bifoundation\OracleBIServerComponent\coreapplication_obis1\repository

Steps:

1.      Go to enterprise manager(em)

2.      Click on ‘Business Intelligence’ in right hand side panel.

3.      Click on ‘coreapplication’

4.      Go to Deployment tab

5.      Go to Repository tab

6.      Click ‘Lock and Edit Configuration’

7.      Click Chose File and Browse to RPD

8.      Enter RPD password 

9.      Click Apply

10.   Activate Changes

11.   Restart All Services
